This morning was day 2 performing my version of the “morning success ritual” that he describes in the video, and I feel great. I heard it live for the first time when Eben presented it at Yanik Silvers Underground seminar Los Angeles in march, and did it for a while with good results. However my travels broke up the routines and I didn’t get back to it until now. It’s important to perform the routine or “ritual” consistently for at least 30 days, so that it becomes a habit that you just do, instead of a chore.
This is my personal morning success ritual:
Wake up.
Drink 1/2 liter of water.
Do my morning bathroom business.
Exercise for about 20-30 minutes.
Meditate or listen to a self-hypnosis program for 5-10 minutes.
Take a shower. (That’s often where I get my best ideas).
Read a chapter or two from an inspiring book.
Eat a healty meal for breakfast.
And then I’m ready to face the day with great energy and a fresh clear mind.
