How To Wake Up Productive, Day 6 With Morning Success Ritual

Day 5 was yesterday (sunday), which I had already scheduled to be a day in my morning success ritual, where I would rest my body and not do the exercise element. I did the other things though.

The remainder of the sunday I was visiting my sister to fix her virus-infested media center PC. NOTE TO SELF: Always, always schedule gobs of time when going to “fix a pc”. Inevitably all the windows updates, virus scannings and stuff take hours and hours and hours. Gaah!

Today is day 6 of integrating my morning success ritual. I didn’t have my trusty old step machine, which I broke on saturday, so I had to use my exercise bike, which I don’t like so much. Prefer my real bike, but didn’t want to head out this morning. So I got though the morning ritual, but it wasn’t as satisfying as usual.

Later I went and bought myself a replacement for the step machine, a new “twist stepper”.

I did a little test (please don’t laugh!) and it seems to be at least as good as the old one, so I’m looking forward to giving it a full workout tomorrow on day 7.

Today I was hoping to be able to send you to a new video, tool or something from Eben Pagan, but unfortunately at the time of writing I haven’t hard of any new stuff. I’m sure it won’t be long though, because the launch of Wake Up Productive is scheduled for september 23rd, in a little over a week from now.

I do have a bit of exciting news though, which is that I am 99.9% sure that I will have Eben Pagan as a guest on my Blog Talk Radio show on the 22nd or 23rd, where we will be discussing his new product Wake Up Productive. As soon as I have the date and time nailed down, I’ll be sure to let you know. That is one show you DON’T want to miss!
